Dyserth branch line : ウィキペディア英語版 | Dyserth branch line
The Dyserth Branch Line was a two and a half mile long London and North Western Railway built single track branch railway line in Denbighshire, Wales, that ran from on the North Wales Coast Line to via five intermediate stations, Chapel Street, (to be Meliden Road, but Rhuddlan Road until 1923), , and (altered to Allt-y-Graig during 1929). ==History==
The branch line to Dyserth was opened by the LNWR in 1869, initially for mineral traffic only. A passenger service was instituted in 1905 but lasted only until 1930, when it was withdrawn by the LMS. It remained open to serve a quarry at Dyserth until complete closure in 1973.〔(【引用サイトリンク】title= Visit Prestatyn - Railway Line History )〕 Much of the old line is now used as a footpath.〔(【引用サイトリンク】title=Dyserth Railway )〕 thumb
